Terms And Termination:-

AEPS Smart Store reserves the right to terminate the contract by providing a written notice of three months to the other party. Upon termination, all records, documents and information must be returned to AEPS Smart Store as per its instructions.

IP Instant Payment Technology Private Limited may terminate the contract without any prior notice in the following situations:-

If a receiver or liquidator is appointed for the business of IP Instant Payment Technology Private Limited and it has substantial assets or if any government or regulatory body issues any order or direction which suspends the operations of IP Instant Payment Technology Private Limited.

If IP Instant Payment Technology Private Limited files a petition for winding up or dissolution or if any creditor/person or the court declares IP Instant Payment Technology Private Limited insolvent.

If IP Instant Payment Technology Private Limited is unable to pay its debts or take care of its liabilities in the regular course of business, as determined by IP Instant Payment Technology Private Limited.

If IP Instant Payment Technology Private Limited is unable to offer the services required under this Agreement, a proper assessment of the circumstances affecting IP Instant Payment Technology Private Limited ability to provide the Services required by this Agreement should be made.

If IP Instant Payment Technology Private Limited, its representatives, employees or agents engage in any commission or comission to defraud or prejudice the interests of IP Instant Payment Technology Private Limited or its customers.

In such events, IP Instant Payment Technology Private Limited shall have the right to cancel the contract forth with by providing a written notice to the other party.

It is important to note that termination of the contract shall not release either party from any obligations incurred prior to the date of termination. Further more, any provision that is intended to survive termination of the contract shall remain in full force and effect.
